Using an Organiser
Perhaps you want to hand over the keys to someone else .. give them the numbers and let them organise the rest. Well help is at hand! Based on a recommendation, we contacted Imagine Events with the details of our planned party such as number of invitees, date, type of party and of course location.
Within a couple of days they had come back to us with a proposal that best suited our requirements. Their service was friendly and efficient and also they had the foresight to mention other options that didn’t necessarily meet our requirements but were equally good options.

Booking a Hall
This is not something that is that easy to find here in France but they are about. Think about calling Hotels for their function rooms that are little used at weekends and restaurants with event rooms.
Apparently there is a room next to the Valbonne swimming pool available for hire although we could not get them to pick up the phone and some sporting associations may also have rooms available.
We tested Chez Philou in Cagnes sur mer and were thrilled with the results.
